VyaparX is a product of Deori RecruiterHub OPC Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd. We provide WhatsApp AI automation services for clinics, doctors, and other businesses ("Clients") to manage appointment bookings and patient communication.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (www.getvyaparx.com), signing up for a subscription, or using our WhatsApp bot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Who Can Use VyaparX

Our services are available to:

• Doctors and medical practitioners
• Clinics, hospitals, and health centres
• Small businesses and service providers who require WhatsApp-based AI automation

By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your business.

4. Our Services

VyaparX provides a WhatsApp AI-powered platform that enables:

• Automated appointment booking and management for clinics and businesses
• Patient and customer communication via WhatsApp
• Appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Analytics and weekly performance summaries for business owners
• AI-driven responses to patient queries

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to VyaparX requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during onboarding
• Ensure your WhatsApp Business API credentials are valid and compliant with Meta's policies
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit our platform
• Ensure that your patients and customers have consented to receiving WhatsApp communications from your business
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and technology on the VyaparX platform are the exclusive property of Deori RecruiterHub OPC Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services solely for your business operations. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

VyaparX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deori RecruiterHub OPC Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. VyaparX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you are found to be in breach of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. For details on refunds upon termination, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
