VyaparX offers the following subscription plans for clinics and businesses:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as applicable).
VyaparX does not currently offer a free trial period. All subscriptions require payment before service activation. In place of a free trial, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the bot's go-live date — see Section 3.1 below.
Clients may request cancellation of their subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email (details below). Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation request is made.
If you cancel within 14 calendar days of your bot's go-live date (the date your WhatsApp bot is activated and starts handling patient messages), you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription amount paid for the current billing period — no questions asked.
No refund will be issued for client-initiated cancellation requests made after the 14-day satisfaction window. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Our pricing accounts for the ongoing infrastructure costs we bear, including cloud hosting, AI processing, WhatsApp API, and other third-party services.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be revoked.
VyaparX reserves the right to cancel or suspend a subscription at its sole discretion — for example, in cases of policy violation, misuse of the platform, or business reasons.
If VyaparX initiates the cancellation of a subscription for reasons not attributable to the client, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
If a client is charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
